Who I am

Hi, I’m Seyma — an artist, observer, and storyteller through shapes, textures, and emotions.
I create works investigating what it means to sensation, change, and be human.

Currently studying Studio Art at Georgia State University, I focus on drawing, painting, and printmaking. My art often rotates around themes like personality, womankind, and the peaceful moments that form us.

I’m inspired by human feelings, which art means to me and everyday life — from the softness of light on the skin to the confusion of emotions. In my work, I like testing with new techniques while staying deep-rooted in personal stories.

Thank you for being here — I hope you find something that echoes.

About Reviews

These writings are not just critiques — they are conversations.
I reflect on what art evokes, disrupts, questions, and heals.
Each review is shaped by my experiences, curiosities, and how I connect with emotion and meaning in visual language.
You might see the same work differently, which makes art beautiful — it’s never just one story.
Through these reviews, I explore different perspectives, challenge assumptions, and most of all, try to feel sincerely and honestly.
